Terms of Use (TOU)

1. Preamble

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Skill Game Platform platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible at https://block-code.com/SkillGame.

The Platform is an online skill gaming service allowing users to participate in competitions and win rewards based on their performance.

Use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Plataforma: Sitio web Skill Game Platform accesible en https://block-code.com/SkillGame, que ofrece juegos de habilidad con premios en efectivo.
• User: Any adult individual using the Platform.
• Credits: Virtual currency allowing participation in paid games.
• Ganancias: Sumas en euros acreditadas en la cuenta del Usuario tras la redistribución semanal de ganancias, convertibles en retiradas bancarias.
• Juego: Juego de habilidad disponible en la Plataforma, sin intervención del azar, donde cada partida cuesta 0,10 €.
• Account: Personal space created by the User on the Platform.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register on the Platform, the User must:

• Tener al menos 18 años (la Plataforma puede solicitar un comprobante de identidad).
• Proporcionar información válida, exacta y actualizada (dirección de correo electrónico, nombre de usuario).
• Aceptar las presentes CGU, las Condiciones Generales de Venta (CGV) y la Política de Privacidad.
• No estar bajo prohibición legal de participar en juegos en línea.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The User agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any inaccurate or false information may result in suspension or deletion of the Account.

3.3 Account Security

Cada Usuario solo puede tener una cuenta. La creación de múltiples cuentas puede resultar en la suspensión o eliminación de todas las cuentas asociadas sin reembolso de créditos o ganancias.

3.4 One Account per Person

Each user can only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts involved.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Platform Access

The Platform is accessible 24/7, except in case of maintenance, failure or force majeure. The Platform cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.

4.2 Game Types

• Modo Gratuito: Permite al Usuario practicar sin pagar. Las puntuaciones en modo gratuito no cuentan para la clasificación semanal.
• Modo de Pago (0,10 € por partida): Solo las partidas jugadas en este modo cuentan para la clasificación semanal. El Usuario debe tener suficientes créditos para iniciar una partida.

4.3 Nature of Games

El Usuario se compromete a:

• Usar la Plataforma con fines personales y sin ánimo de lucro fraudulento.
• No utilizar bots, scripts automatizados u otras formas de manipulación.
• No transferir, vender o compartir su cuenta con terceros.
• Respetar a otros Usuarios y abstenerse de comportamientos ofensivos, discriminatorios o ilegales.

Games offered on the Platform are skill games with no element of chance. Results depend solely on the User's skills and performance.

4.4 Prohibitions

El Usuario es el único responsable de su uso de la Plataforma. Skill Game Platform no será responsable de ninguna pérdida financiera resultante de malas decisiones de juego por parte del Usuario.

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit Purchase

Credits can be purchased via credit card (secure Stripe payment). The minimum purchase amount is €5.

5.2 Use of Credits

Credits are exclusively used to participate in paid games. Each game costs 0,10 €. Credits are neither refundable nor transferable.

5.3 Winnings and Distribution

{redistribution}% of amounts collected during paid games are redistributed to the top {winners}% players each week.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

The User can request withdrawal of their balance if:

• Monto mínimo de retiro: 10€.
• El IBAN proporcionado debe estar a nombre del titular de la cuenta.
• Los retiros se procesan manualmente por Skill Game Platform en un plazo de 2 a 5 días laborables.
• No se cobran comisiones por retiro.

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days after verification. Bank transfer may take an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on the bank.

6.3 Withdrawal Refusal

The Platform reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal in case of:

• Sospecha de fraude, uso de bots o manipulación de juegos.
• Información bancaria incorrecta o incompleta.
• Cuenta del usuario suspendida o violación de las CGU.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (texts, images, logos, design, source code, games) are the exclusive property of Skill Game Platform and are protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

8. Personal Data Protection

User personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their data.

9. Responsibilities

9.1 User Responsibility

Skill Game Platform se compromete a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar la disponibilidad y seguridad de la Plataforma. Sin embargo, Skill Game Platform no será responsable de interrupciones temporales del servicio debidas a mantenimiento, actualizaciones o problemas técnicos fuera de su control.

9.2 Platform Responsibility

The Platform cannot be held responsible for:

• Pérdidas financieras del Usuario relacionadas con su rendimiento en los juegos.
• Uso inapropiado de la Plataforma por parte del Usuario o terceros.
• Ataques cibernéticos, hackers u otras acciones maliciosas de terceros.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 Account Suspension

The Platform may suspend an Account in case of:

• Sospecha de fraude, uso de bots o comportamiento sospechoso.
• Violación de las CGU o reglas de conducta.
• Solicitud de verificación de identidad pendiente.

10.2 Termination by the User

The User can request deletion of their Account at any time by contacting support. Remaining balance may be withdrawn if the minimum amount is reached.

10.3 Termination by the Platform

El Usuario puede solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta en cualquier momento desde su panel de control. Las condiciones son las siguientes:

• El saldo de la cuenta debe ser de 0€.
• Todos los retiros pendientes deben estar procesados.
• La eliminación es irreversible y conlleva la pérdida de todos los datos asociados.

11. Modifications to the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or via a notification on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
