These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of credits on the Skill Game Platform platform.
Credits allow participation in paid games and competition for real money prizes.
Credit prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included if applicable). Prices are as follows:
Skill Game Platform reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Credits will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
To purchase credits, the User must:
Once payment is validated by Stripe, credits are immediately credited to the User's account. A confirmation email is sent to the account's email address.
Payments are accepted only by credit card via Stripe:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. Skill Game Platform does not store any credit card information.
Transactions may be subject to 3D Secure authentication for enhanced security.
In case of payment failure:
Credits being digital goods, delivery is instant upon payment validation by Stripe. No delivery time applies.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after the order with the express consent of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By validating the purchase of credits, the User acknowledges and expressly accepts:
Credits purchased are therefore neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Credits purchased are compliant if they are credited to the User's account and usable to participate in paid games.
In case of non-compliance (credits not credited despite validated payment):

Credits purchased are valid indefinitely and have no expiration date, as long as the User's account is active.
Credits are strictly personal and cannot be:
80% of amounts collected during paid games each week are redistributed to players as winnings.
The top 50% of players for the week (ranked by score) share the weekly pool proportionally to their performance.

For each credit purchase, an electronic invoice is automatically generated and sent by email. This invoice contains:
Users can find their purchase history in the "History" section of their account.
For any questions or complaints regarding an order:
In case of dispute, the User must first contact customer service by email at contact@cp-corporation.fr clearly explaining the problem.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute, the User may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator.
In case of persistent dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. French law applies.
Payment data is processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All prices displayed on the platform are in euros (EUR). Credit card payments are accepted in all currencies. In case of payment with a card issued in another currency, the conversion will be carried out by your bank according to its current exchange rate. Conversion fees may be applied by your bank. The amount of credits received corresponds to the amount displayed in euros on the site, regardless of the payment currency.
Skill Game Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable T&C are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
